Koch Cabinets

Jim, Dan and Fred Koch started Koch and Company in 1989 when they purchased their first building, known in the area as the old VFW dance hall. Their love of woodworking led them to creating a world class door and cabinet manufacturing firm with the focus on providing a quality product, that was made in the U.S.A., at an affordable price. Koch and Company doors and cabinets are proudly made in America, supplying jobs to American workers. Koch and Company plant workers perform a wide variety of jobs, from sanding, finishing and assembly, to packaging and shipping. While Koch and Company has grown steadily since it opened, they still have that home town family atmosphere. Koch and Company is an environmentally friendly company. We recycle all wood waste material by producing wood pellets and provide vans for carpooling to several cities. Energy efficient lighting is used in the plant and all the doors and cabinets are Carb Phase II compliant.

The Classic series is a semi-custom line that features over ninety custom modifications that allow you to increase your design capabilities.

The Imperial Series, like the Classic series, has all hardwood stiles and rails, face frames and drawer fronts, with the included upgrade to a plywood box and shelves.

Koch Cabinets proudly offers seven popular door styles in the Express Series. With a large variety of wood specie/finish options, at an attractive price level, you will find cabinetry to decorate any room in your home.

Carolina Artisan Cabinetry logo in gray back ground.

Carolina Artisans is the result of one man’s dreams and passions, along with the support of his family and mentors. Dan Casto began his journey into woodworking at the age of ten. In his uncle’s small-town-Ohio wood shop, he started with only hand tools and scraps of wood. Building bird houses and other small projects soon grew into a lifelong passion.

After falling in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina while on vacation, Dan and his family left Ohio behind in 1996 and headed for Hendersonville, NC. Here, he established Carolina Artisans, one of the finest woodworking businesses in the industry. Dan’s creative designs and passion for quality quickly caught on, and Carolina Artisans grew from humble beginnings in a small garage to a state-of-the-art, 35,000 square foot design and manufacturing facility.

With Carolina Artisans as your manufacturer, you’ll get fully custom cabinetry that they build cabinet-by-cabinet. They give special attention to every single detail. Choose the door style and colors you want—from high-end, walnut cabinets to beautiful yet functional basic cabinets.

In an age where countless box stores dominate the landscape and customer service is difficult to find, Carolina Artisans is proud to be family-owned and operated and places customer service and satisfaction among its most coveted goals.
